The Dutch theologian Herman Witsius once wrote: “It is admitted, that there is no hope of salvation without the knowledge of the true God. But he only is the true God, who, while he is One in essence, subsists in Three persons. Whoever entertains any other view of God than this, does not represent to himself the true God, but a figment of his own imagination, and an idol.” Because the Triune God is the foundation for all of Christianity we decided to invite Dr. Ryan McGraw in for a discussion. Dr. McGraw is professor of Systematic Theology at Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary and recently published a book Knowing the Trinity: Practical Thoughts for Daily Life with the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals. Tune in as Dr. McGraw helps us understand this incredible topic by discussing the Trinitarian terms and concepts every Christian should be familiar with, the importance of Trinitarian worship, the practicality of Trinitarian living, and weighs in on the current ESS debate (plus more!). Thanks to our friends at ACE we’ll be offering three giveaway copies of Knowing the Trinity. Be sure to listen you will not want to miss this episode!
